This policy explains how Soar Navigation and related SoarSCRM web pages use cookies and similar technologies.
1. Cookies and similar technology
Cookies are small data files stored by a website in a browser. Local storage and similar technologies can protect requests, maintain sessions, remember settings, or help operate a website.
2. Current use
The public Soar Navigation pages do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Console login uses an essential cookie named soar_session to maintain authentication, normally for no more than seven days. The server may also use technical identifiers necessary for security and continuity.
3. Purpose and retention
Essential cookies provide requested login and security functions and are kept only for a reasonable period needed for that purpose. If analytics, marketing, or another non-essential cookie is introduced, we will update this policy first and provide consent controls where law requires.
4. Third parties and your controls
The site links to third-party tools, social platforms, and the SoarSCRM website. Those parties may set cookies under their own policies after you visit them; we do not control those cookies. You can inspect, block, or delete cookies in browser settings, although blocking essential cookies prevents console login.
