SoarSCRM Legal Center
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines the boundaries for messaging, contact processing, automation, and AI use through SoarSCRM.
1. Lawful authority and consent
You may process only data you are authorized to process. Before messaging, importing contacts, synchronizing conversations, or enabling automation, obtain every consent or other lawful basis required by law and platform rules, and honor opt-outs, objections, deletion requests, and processing restrictions.
2. Prohibited content and activity
Do not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, hateful or violent threats, exploitation of minors, infringement, malicious code, or goods and services prohibited by law or platform rules.
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, use unlawfully sourced lists, disguise the sender or opt-out method, repeatedly contact a person who opted out, or use false or misleading content to induce engagement.
3. Platform and messaging rules
When using WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Meta, X, Signal, or another platform, also follow its terms, business messaging policies, templates, frequency limits, and account requirements. Do not bypass rate limits, suspension, permissions, fees, or security controls.
4. Systems and sensitive data
Do not share personal credentials, access another account without authority, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer, stress-test production, evade limits, or upload destructive code. Unless law permits and separate safeguards are agreed, do not upload full payment-card data, government IDs, health, biometric, or similarly sensitive information.
5. AI and automation
AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before sending. Do not present it as professional advice or use it for high-impact decisions without lawful grounds and meaningful human review. Do not use AI or automation to impersonate people, generate spam, or evade platform review.
6. Enforcement and appeal
To protect users, platforms, and third parties, we may investigate reasonably suspected violations and rate-limit, block sending, remove content, suspend an integration, or terminate an account. Appeal an action or report abuse or security issues at [email protected].
